Cesar is a member of our board of directors and our global CEO. Mr. Gon has been leading CI&T since its founding in 1995. Mr. Gon is an entrepreneur in the technology and digital space. He taught himself computer programming by the age of 11, and at 13, sold the code of a chess game to a tech magazine. At the age of 23, he founded CI&T. Under his leadership as CEO, the company has grown and expanded globally. He is also an active investor in venture funds and startups, as well as a board member at Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. and the Lean Enterprise Institute. Co-author of the book “Faster, Faster: The Dawn of Lean Digital” (2020) and a columnist for MIT Sloan Management Review. In 2019, he was awarded EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ in Brazil. Mr. Gon is a computer engineer with a master’s degree in Computer Science from the State University of Campinas, Brazil.

Stanley has been the CFO of CI&T Brazil since 2014. He brings 27 years of work experience, being 24 in the IT industry in both private and public companies, with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions transactions. He was previously the CFO of Sonda IT in Brazil and Mexico and controller of Atos Origin. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and an MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração — Universidade de São Paulo (FIA-USP).

Bruno is a co-founder of CI&T and president of the North America and Europe operations. With over 30 years of experience, he has been a global pioneer in applying agile and lean methodologies to the digital space. He has a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and customer engagement to CI&T clients competing globally in an environment of fast-paced change and continuous innovation. He has a strong digital products and professional services background and is responsible for the senior leadership of many award-winning large-scale programs and business transformation initiatives. Bruno has a degree in computer engineering from University of Campinas (UNICAMP).

Bob is Partner and Global CMO at CI&T, leading the company’s brand, marketing, and AI-first positioning. Over more than seven years at CI&T, he has led communications for the company’s NYSE IPO and its global rebrand.

An Internet pioneer in Brazil, Bob is a creator at heart — of businesses, brands, and books. He co-founded YOUPIX, the leading creator economy consultancy in Latin America, and is an active angel investor through The Next Company. He serves on the board of United Planet and is the author of four books, most recently Mirroring (2026) and The Art of Business & People Orchestration (2023), exploring AI’s role in leadership, self-awareness, and society. Bob holds a BA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Felipe Brito’s passion is to fuse stamina, digital excellence and unflappable execution to deliver impact in good times and uncertain ones. He has a deep and abiding belief in seeing the world through clients’ eyes and living up to the trust they put in him every day. Felipe has extensive experience leading large corporate transformations and M&A initiatives involving growth, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness. A cornerstone of CI&T since 2000, Felipe is a servant leader and a team player wired for kindness, authenticity and collaboration. He is also an avid learner who works diligently to see his team win and always get stoked with big hairy audacious goals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Campinas (UNICAMP).

Solange graduated in Computer Science from UFSCar, got her masters in the same area from University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and is a mother of three. She recently took on the challenges of the Company’s operations in Europe, connecting and promoting the environment of innovation and digital transformation for large organizations. In addition, Solange leads the Company’s global ESG committee and has been dedicated to supporting the creation of Humane Management models in corporate environments, in addition to showing the value of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, resulting in business generation and social impact. The first woman to join the Board of Unidas, one of the main car rental companies in Brazil. Solange is also part of the team of columnists for Meio & Mensagem, a renowned communication and marketing media outlet in Brazil.

Vinicius Martinelli joined CI&T in 1998 and is currently Partner and EVP for Latin America, leading the region’s growth, sales, and operations. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across operations, business development, and revenue, and has played an active role in CI&T’s expansion and in major business and digital transformation journeys for large enterprises.

With extensive experience in high-growth environments, Vinicius focuses on connecting business strategy, technology, and execution to drive sustainable growth and measurable client impact. Today, he is also at the forefront of CI&T’s AI transformation, helping clients move from AI experimentation to deployment at scale and translate the potential of AI into business outcomes.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from ICMC – USP São Carlos and an MBA in Business Management from FGV.

Mars joined CI&T in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Analyst and became Partner, EVP in July 2021. Mars is behind CI&T’s move from a pure-play services company to a digital products creator using design techniques. He has co-founded two startups, a social running app called ‘runens’ in 2010 and ‘Smart Canvas’, an AI-driven corporate communications tool, in 2015. Mars is a futurist who predicted people would run with gadgets, Facebook-like apps would enter the enterprise, and the boom of AI long before they became obvious. Mars holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Physics from University of Campinas (UNICAMP).

Global Chief of Technology & Innovation and co-responsible for Latin America operations at CI&T. Responsible for technology operations and digital transformation and acceleration programs. Holds a degree in Software Engineering from Una, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, and in-depth study in Digital Disruption from Harvard Business School. Co-leading the global GenAI strategy and responsible for the global offerings portfolio and cybersecurity strategy. Navigating a long tenure in the financial market with banks, insurers and payment providers, with additional experience across industries, services and digital-era companies.
